Every athletic piece you need for 2019
It's officially 2019! For most of us, we all go into the New Year with a New Years Resolution. I think it's awesome how people set goals for themselves & achieve them. I personally made a calendar for myself last year & this is what helped me so much not only lose weight but achieve other goals I had set out for myself. So with that being said, It is now February 6, 2019, I hope you have all stuck to your fitness goals if you made any. If you've fallen off and had a bad eating day or a couple don't let that discourage you & start tomorrow. We all have bad days, but you can't let that bring you down & just start where you left off. Don't let the scale define you either. There have been times I have dropped nothing on the scale but lost inches instead. So keep pushing SIS! You got this!
